Booking & Payment Policy

1. A booking request is not yet a confirmation

Submitting the website form creates a booking request and reference number. Ariella Adventures must first verify dates, transport, accommodation, permits and any third-party services before the trip is confirmed.

2. Quotation and deposit

After availability is reviewed, Ariella will provide the final price, currency and any required deposit. A booking becomes secured when the required deposit or other agreed payment has been received and verified.

3. Remaining balance

If a balance remains after the deposit, the customer booking-status page will show the amount paid and outstanding. Ariella may request the balance before travel according to the quotation or written booking confirmation.

4. Payment methods

Available methods may include secure online card or Mobile Money checkout, bank transfer, direct Mobile Money or another method agreed with Ariella. Online payments are verified by the payment provider before the booking record is updated.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms can vary by itinerary because hotels, park permits, gorilla permits, airlines and other suppliers may have their own non-refundable or time-sensitive conditions. The applicable cancellation terms should be confirmed with the customer before a non-refundable supplier commitment is made. Where a refund is due, any non-refundable third-party charges already incurred may be deducted.

6. Changes to travel plans

Date, itinerary or traveler changes are subject to availability and supplier rules. Any resulting price difference will be communicated before the change is confirmed.

7. Customer responsibility

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names and contact details, checking passport/visa/health requirements where relevant, and informing Ariella about material accessibility, medical or dietary needs that could affect arrangements.
